You go from being in an office cubicle to going to the on-site manufacturing facilities and then you have the opportunity to go offshore and see processes you鈥檝e worked on implemented subsea. 

It鈥檚 a different feeling when you put on those steel-toe boots and the overalls versus, you know, coming every day with some business-casual clothes on.

Some of the structures we make are enormous and complicated, and we have to install them subsea 鈥� kilometers down 鈥� and with such fine precision and accuracy that you wouldn't think it was possible. 

But somehow we do it, and we learn from it so that the next time we can do it even better.鈥�
